GLORE reaches the elite four in the Winter Split after decisively dominating FLY5 in a smooth 3-0 series. Our players showed great form and perfect team synergy, which prevented the opponents from achieving practically anything. The lineup of Welcom, Alexx, Six10, Pi0k, and Leon keeps the dream of the Winter title and qualification for the Sigma Cup alive.

Dominant ride from start to finish
The quarterfinals against FLY5 were a crucial test for us, and we passed it with flying colors. We confirmed our role as favorites and overwhelmed our opponents in every game. Right from the first map, Pi0k and Six10 shone, finishing the game with incredible stats of 11/1/13, and in just 24 minutes, we took the lead 1-0.
In the second game, the opponent again chose the blue side, but it didn’t help them. It was an action-packed ride with an average of one kill per minute. Pi0k added 13 kills and 10 assists, while Alexx was involved in 25 out of 27 kills, demonstrating his absolute control over the map.
Third map? Absolute dominance. Welcom pressured the top lane, Six10 had mid lane firmly in hand, and the bot lane once again proved their quality. The Nexus of FLY5 fell in 25 minutes and 48 seconds, and with the total series time under 80 minutes, we are heading for a semifinal battle against eSuba.
Aims? The Sigma Cup is our goal.
In the post-match interview, our top laner Welcom opened up about our coaching staff, praising them: “I’m satisfied with the coaching staff; it’s probably the first time I’ve had a good coaching staff. I finally learned something, so yeah, I’m happy.”
When asked about our goals, Welcom stated clearly: “We aim to win the entire Sigma Cup.”
Our next match is on Tuesday at 5:00 PM on the Hitpoint Twitch channel. We will face a strong eSuba in the semifinals, so be sure to catch it!
